What Materials Do We Use?

When it comes to signage, the underlying material is key to final quality and longevity.

Here are some of the common production materials we use...

ACM (Aluminium Composite) - A polyethylene core that is sandwiched between two outer flat aluminium panels. Available in 3mm, 4mm and 6mm.

Corflute - Corrugated polypropylene sheet, commonly seen real estate signage. A great budget material. Available in 3mm and 5mm thickness.

Acrylic - Clear, opal and a range of colours in thicknesses from 2mm to  20mm.

Vinyls - We're specially trained in the use of 3M vinyl products and offer a huge range of quality vinyl in standard, reflective, conspicuity, fluorescent, luminescent, masking and decorative glass films.

Decals - High grade self-adhesive vinyls printed with your design. As an option we can also produce them on "aggressive adhesive" which will stick fast to almost any surface.
